Verein B–Sides
B-Sides was founded in 2005. The purpose of the society is to support and foster extraordinary music and other arts. Its name relates to the B-Sides of vinyl records, which are often less commercial and more interesting than the A-Sides.
Music was the first love of B-Sides and so the festival was born. From 2006 onward the festival on the Sonnenberg presented brave and extraordinary musicians from different genres. Besides the festival the B-Sides crew is working closely with different culture spaces in Lucerne to create a lively network. The B-Sides organisation tries to act sustainably and wants to challenge the audience always again. Not only with the different music but other art forms as well.
